When you submit a project inquiry, Hott House Kustoms receives the name, email, optional phone number, project details, and images you choose to provide.

Why we collect it

We use these details to review your idea, prepare a quote, contact you, and manage your project. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

ET PlayLab product interest

You may share product interest and preferred colors without providing contact details. We save your selected product, preferences, feedback, consent choices, and a request reference in the existing inquiry dashboard. If you choose to provide an email, separate permission is required for replies about that product’s development and availability. No mailing-list subscription is created. Use your reference when asking us to correct or delete this information.

Who can see it

Requests are stored in a database and images in private file storage. The owner dashboard requires sign-in and owner authorization. The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to host and process this information.

Design previews and approval

We may share a private design-preview link with you. Anyone holding that link can view the mockup and customer-facing notes and submit a response without signing in. Links expire after 30 days and can be withdrawn. A new version replaces earlier customer links. We store the response, the name you enter, comments, and response time with that design version. Link possession and a recorded name do not independently verify identity. Design approval is separate from pricing, payment, and the final order. Private contact details and internal notes are not included in the preview.

What to share

Share only information needed for your project and designs you have permission to use. Please do not upload payment information, identification documents, or sensitive personal details. We do not collect payments through this form.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact us through our Facebook Page and include your request reference. Ask us if you want your inquiry corrected or deleted.

Basic abuse prevention

The form uses short-lived security tokens and request limits. A keyed hash of the request’s network address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not saved in the quote database. Your browser receives a confirmation reference after a successful submission.
